Nobody Has Given A Satisfactory Answer For You.
May I Can Help?
First Of All I Need To See The Entire Document Where You Got Those Pictures That You Enclose Here.
It Probably Has Some Idea Of How To Develop The Circuit.

The Picture Which Shows A Circuit Developed In ISIS Proteus Does Nothing Because The 4 BIT ADDER Is Only An Picture As Are The Pictures Called: SHIFT & ADD.

The Only Ones That Could Be Simulated In Proteus ISIS ARE Those Named: A7495 And B7495 But They Has Missing Their Control Signals: MODE, SL And SR.
Also Is Missing The Entire Circuitry Of The Module Called: "Shift And Add Control Logic."

So Let Me Review The Full Document To Help You.

Cordially.

Nobody Has Given A Satisfactory Answer For You.

Because the forum is for helping with homework, not doing it for the student...

He/she needs to show some trials and errors or at least what they suspect is the path to solving the question and then people will help guide them, correct them and send them down the right path, just bluntly asking for the answer is going to be ignored...

That picture is out of a tutorial for a commercial software package that solves your homework math problems for you...
