DIY adjustable power supply - how can I wire these parts together?

For you guys, definitely this is so basic that I'd get bashed for this post. Lend some slack for me on this, please...

I have no idea in making out the part on how the transformer gets wired to the selector. I know how to mount the diodes, the resistor, the LED and the capacitor - it's only the transformer and selector connection that's troubling me...

Anyone would kindly reply to my SOS on this, please?

the photobucket link is returning an error that the image doesnt exist... you can simply paste here the image on the reply box.. if its too big, compress it to a smaller format.

about transformers, you simply need to identify which are the primary, secondary windings and if there are any taps. but yeah, post a picture first.
