Need help changing an A/C ground cord from a molded connector to be able to plug into a 4 prong jack for use on a David Clark headset.

Do you have reason to believe they're wire to wire compatible without any additional electronics?

You've only shown us information on the Astrocom half of the problem. Unless you show us the David Clarke side or someone here happens to be an expert, this is not enough.

As an aside, headset manufacturers often offer for sale, at exorbitant prices, adapters to various other systems.

The only thing I’m needing to know is if I will be able to change it to a jack with 4 wires instead Of what it has. The headset has receive transmit ground switch, I should be able to convert it. Thanks
