Hi,
Is there a standard pinout for hot airgun plugs?

Hi M,
Re-work type, as the fan is 24V it may be 24V, but I can check. The plugs are the aircraft type.

If you give us more information on your unit, we may be able to help you further.
As you have seen, some have more connections than others.
But we're guessing as you have not supplied any info at all.

Hi M,
It's called Mark Ethan rework staion, but I don't think it is a genuin one, as the ones, I search for aren't like it, so no real information.
It appears that I'm going to have to open up new guns and check they are the same as the socket, I'm going to fit.

I wonder why the ones I've seen don't have hot airgun sockets?

I got a little lost and confused......
A soldering iron has the connector.
The heat gun has a tube. This hasn't got a connector.

Hi M,
Easy done.
The station has a wire but not socket (I'm about to fit one)

The new gun, has a plug, and has the heater in the handle.

Once I get it all fitted, I may be able to check a new heatgun, by resistances on the plug, without taking it apart.
Cheers, Thanks for your help, C.

This one here on Amazon has the same amount of pins and a wide choice of units it fits.
Still confused though!.
Does your station have a connector? or are you adding a connector to it and a new heat gun?

Hello,

Then there is here a teardown of the station:
It will explain the parts in the station.
