Hi I'm trying to integrate a separate switch with relay switch.. Not entirely 100% sure I'm correct see picture.

There's a max 45amp of current through the relay and the separate switch is 15amp.

You feed back the negative f the switched load side (45 A) through the 15 A switch. Here's a better way:

Note that for 45 A you'll need AWG 5 or thicker wire.

As Harald advised, connect battery negative directly to the load and relay pin 85. Don't need to use the black wires on the switch.

No. The current will find its way through this wire, when present and possibly overload it.
You also do not need the other black wire from the relay pin 85 to the switch. It suffices to switch "+" only (red wires).

Hard to see in the picture but the switch has a green led light. Will that mean that doesn't work? Would be good to have that going.

Does it need to be earthed to an appropriate current somewhere else?

Not entirely sure of that 15A switch wiring....... are they two separate sets of contacts and, if so, which wires represent which switch?

Are the two red wires one switch and the two black the other? Or do you wire pos and neg on one pair (in) and take pos/neg (out) on the other pair?

Get it wrong and you have expensive burned wiring.....

Yeah. The switch pin-outs are quite important here.
As @Bluejets asked. There is a green LED indicator. The OP will need a negative for the LED.
