I am trying to troubleshoot a wireless doorbell chime. It started to fail with a short chime and then no chime, just a flashing LED.

The two ICs I cannot identify are:

F0R1958
FLC-3A-58

Both are SOIC-8 packages.

If the receiver (chime) is mains powered, check the power supply.
My ex wife had this very issue last year. It was (one) capacitor. It’s still happily chiming away now.

Sir Cirkitt . . . . . . .(Haven't I ogled your old IBM computer mainframe mini modular boards AVATAR logo once before ? )

All meaningless numbers ?
How abouts some good photos of both board sides . . . so that an eventual mark up analysis and evaluation can then be derived . . . . .

Then . . . . . you also might run into something akin to your units internals here . . .

If the LED light up is in response to a button push , at least the RF aspect is working, which would then reflect to an audio amp or melody generator failure aspect.

I failed math so many times at school . . . . . I can’t even count.
