Can anyone help me to find a matching female connector for this 2x5 pin board header. I do not know what to search for ... in the internet.

Look for 2x5p JST connector.
You will need to search for the right pitch.
You may get lucky with lead attached otherwise simply fit your own, not rocket science.

I Googled for 5 days but still could not find it. Searched through other online shops still could not find it. All I I can find is a single row 5 pin connector for the same pitch of 1.27mm.

There are hundreds of different types. Yours maybe in-house design for any number of reasons.
But, try searching for ‘FRC - Molex - JST - IDC connectors. All of those do have 1.27mm pitch.
The worst scenario is buying a pair and a bit of soldering, by replacing the original. Might be easier, cheaper and quicker.

As replacing the original board connector voids the warranty of the product, I am stuck.

Ok, perhaps something like this connector will suffice and either use DuPont or solder on leads?. It is double row and 1.27mm pitch.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will order a few and test it. There is not much clearance (height) on the PCB casing for the straight pins ... I have to either remove the pins and solder directly or bend them 90 deg to fit in the casing. Anyways, I will keep it as an alternate option until I find the cable harness.

Search for ‘right angle female header’.
You won’t need to bend pins then. Just check the specs until you find your desired pitch.
