I need a switch for my mini DC UPS
my UPS have 1 supply source (8.4V 18650 Battery) AND 2 module SET UP and 1 Module Step DOWN.
and User have a 3 position ON + 1 Position OFF switch.
IF user select 1 Position then my UPS output 12v
AND if user select 2 position then my UPS output 9V
AND if user select 3 position then my UPS output 5V
AND if user select 3 position then my UPS OFF

please guide me witch type SWITH I used

A 4-position slide or rotary switch should work if it can handle the current.

Not every switch has the same pinout. Show us the pinout or a link to the datasheet.

I'm sorry, I may not have expressed myself clearly: By pinout I meant not a photo but the logical assignment of the pins, see e.g. this example.

Hello,

Without the exact details of the switch it is not possible to give you a wiring diagram.
There are many configurations of slide switches.

looks like to me its disconnecting the 5 different locations in your circuit, one on at a time, and u have one off position. should try that see if it works, just hook it up to a battery resistor and led and u should see.

looks like it only disconnects one side of the battery, and the other stays connected. (since its a mutex selector... only 1 on at a time. designates only a certain use. )

also one could call it a 1 hot switch, and I wouldnt disagree with the termage. funny if I'm wrong tho, I only am just looking at the picture provided.
