What is the component designation (printed on the PCB but hidden by your blue circle line...)

If it is C31 then the part is likely to be a 200uF capacitor rated at 10V - still difficult to tell if the designation relates to that part - need a wider shot of that area of board.

As noted, more likely to be in the wider shot.
I'd tend to go for the marking just to the right side of your photo.

a 200uF capacitor rated at 10V

it's the wrong marking for 200uF

the rule ( sometimes broken) for surface mount electro/tant's is ......
105 = 1uF
106 = 10uF
107 = 100uF
etc

227 = 220uF

What’s above C64, C27 and then something 2. That should be that components refdes.
It won’t be long before all components look the same!.

Well, we know it's polarised so it's either a capacitor or a diode. It's designation seems to be C31 (needs clarification) but a quick meter test will reveal if it's a diode and may even show enough to prove it as a capacitor. It certainly doesn't look faulty but looks can be deceiving.

Have you done a meter check on it?

Ha, Ha, Ha, your so funny Martaine2005, anyways i'm sorry you all, i was out of town when that joke came across. ok here is a new revised picture of the problem, its not my board but belongs to a good friend of mine, this is the correct picture with the problem, the other pictures were taken on the wrong part of the board. Please help me identify this burn out item. thanks mike.

Looks like you started another thread on this but the answer remains the same - capacitor, 200uF 10V. Blown due to reverse power application, more faults likely all over the board. Not fixable.

I was jumping between threads and I notice this. Can I ask you from what do you identify this item? Just for didattic purpose

The code on the SMD product or the PCB reference. Is my take on it.
