Before you can consider any physical designs or schematic connections you must have a clear idea of what you want your design to do. This means taking some time to sit down and define what you want to accomplish and consider the challenges

Without this method of signaling, the Internet and the plethora of communication products upon which we have all come to rely would not be viable or, even more accurately, couldn’t exist.

The basic idea, initially at least, is to take the data stream from the Mattel Mindflex game headset directly from the headset chip, then use the "Attention" value to control the speed and or direction of a small continuous rotation servo.

I'm building a Arduino based Robot car which is controlled by both Brain Waves & Infra Red. It is 4 wheel drive with line following sensors & a ping sensor to (hopefully) enable it to be autonomous. I'm also hoping to fit an lcd touch screen.

I saved up for ages to build an expensive project, this is the project I chose. The robot is of completely original design and is an ongoing project as is this page. Currently the robot has: a completed chassis with an Arduino MEGA in a protective case mounted, and the steppers with their control boards mounted on the flanged panels at the side. The chassis is made out of meccano as I do not have access to advanced plastic/metal fabrication facilities, 3d printer nor design software to send...
