110VAC hair clipper on 220VAC help please

are there risks to using a 110v 60hz hair clipper from the U.S in Europe. I think the power supply here is 220v 50hz

For a hair clipper you should be able to get a small adapter for 230v down to 120v.

If you can't find this adapter at a hardware store, I bought mine at a travel agency (220V>110V 3.5A).
The output of mine uses two flat pins (for a 110V fax machine).
Of course, you must check that output pins are compatible with your clipper.
The 60>50Hz frequency drop won't make much difference.
You'll just cut hair 17% slower. ;)
