12082LNRX anyone know info about this transistor ?

hello to everyone

Im looking to replace a damaged - 12082LNRX - transistor , ( made by APT )

however I can not find one anywhere, and am thinking there must be an alternative I could use ?

the transistor has come from a high voltage step up board from a 1990s CRT projector, this then outputs to a 'quadrupler' which then outputs 35kV to the 3 crt tubes

any help greatly appreciated !

ps: the transistor is the one clamped to the large wrap around plain heatsink

There is reference to suggest this site stocks that transistor, its nearly half way down in the second column to the right of the screen.

thanks for the reply, however I have seen those sites and they are a parts - request - service, I have used them earlier today but dont expect much from them

there must be an alternative part I can use - but I guess I would need to know the spec sheet to see what the current part actually is ......
