Hi people
I live in England and recently bought the book which is name in the title. It says in there that i have to buy two resistors 220v i belive it is supposed to be ohms, Dual in line packagaes with 16 pins. I couldn't find the exact ones that are in the picture but i managed to find some DIL's?

Now on the resistors that i bought it says on them 4116R-1-22LF and in the ones on the picture 4116R-1 221 is there a huge difference, will the circuit work or do they have to be identical?

Are you sure, no typo?
The datasheet (http://www.bourns.com/data/global/PDFs/4100R.pdf) says the third position (before the LF) should be 3 digits. So 220 would be 22 Ohms, 221 would be 220 Ohms and so forth.
The suffix LF stands for Tin-plated (RoHS compliant version). This means that you may need a few degrees more heat on your soldering iron, but electrically it is irrelevant.
