Do you happen to know where mid-range PEM fuel cells are commercialy
available on the web?

I've heard that Chineese stuff is ten times cheaper than American is
!! So I would rather buy one on the Asian market...

Other specifications:

power = 200-500W
voltage= 12-36 V
price < 1000 $
