I put a new motor in my furnace last summer, and there was a fuse burned out last week

I put a new one in, and now the motor won't run.

I have been without heat over the weekend. And am suspecting the capacitor. It is a brand new large furnace squirrel cage fan motor, that is said to be a new style low energy shaded pole motor with capacitor.

If I have 120v on both legs of the capacitor, why isn't the motor working?

I will post some pictures of the wiring, so you can see what my boggle is.

When I bought the motor last year, I bought the wrong one, it was a 115v motor without capacitor, and had to buy a new 220v instead of the 115v. I still have the 115v motor and it's brad new. Can I use 1 leg of the 220 power to drive the 115v motor? How would the wiring go so the thermostat would still work? Pics to follow!

You would need to rewire using the 120v live and neutral, but proper fusing and sufficient current carrying capacity of the motor relay would have to be confirmed.
Why not try a new capacitor on the current motor, it did not last very long??
BTW the capacitor should be in series with a winding of the motor.
Does it run if you give it a spin at power up?
