For the voltage drop it dosen't mind, the module is adjustable, i will adjust it to 5.70V

The problem is that the voltage drop will vary with current...

BD131 are hard to find on ebay, what similar transistor there is ?

You can use any NPN power transistor that has enough power rating for the volatges and currents in your application. You may need a heatsink to avoid destruction of the transistor by overheating.

Is there a circuit with a small voltage drop ?

Otherwise i will buy a module with current limiter, this one is good ?

That last link is with an lm358?/7805 and Opamp the sense resistor is just a copper track and they work fine (just about).. yes buy that
