A horizontal line shows across my xet set.

I have changed the vertical IC, but it still persists. Please what other components should I change ??? CRT set.

Does the IC include the vertical outputs drivers?

Do you have a schematic? you must have identified the vert IC somehow.

I have no schematic, but I know that the vertical IC is the transistor with 7 legs which share the same heatsink as the horizontal regulator.
