Hi, I have a school assignment to do, and this is a question that I
don't know how to answer.
A screen display allows 256 colours. How many bits of memory spaces are
able to cope with all colours that are available?
A. 1 B. 8 C. 16 D. 256
Please help. Thanks in advance.

:)
1) I've read my textbook, but it doesn't say anything about this.
2) The problem is I don't have classes! The teachers say self study.
3) I want to ask too, but I'm not sure who to ask. I've asked here,
haven't I?

I know the answer is 8. Didn't know the explanation though. Thank you
for that link.
