A very basic photodiode (relevant for diodes too!) question

If I have 3 photodiodes, PD1, PD2, and PD3. All of the cathodes are
connected. I am placing a picoammeter in series with PD2 to measure
the generated photocurrent but I am leaving the anodes of PD1 and PD3
unconnected. I don't believe that PD1 and PD3 would contribute any
current, but can someone else verify this for me please?

Thanks.

Picoamp meter...wow..That's tiny...
I wonder if the unconnected anodes on the 2 photodiodes will act like
antenna's and your picoamp meter will flicker with the strongest AM
radio station??

I haven't noticed that kind of affects. I am more concerned with
things like the open circuit voltage of PD1 or PD3 or their current
contributions.

This is just a DC point of view...
Imagine the photodiodes are 100V batteries that are disconnected at
one end..
Do you think that will do something..? It shouldn't..There's no
circuit. (Neglecting Rair..)

Thanks, that is basically what I was thinking, but its nice to have
someone else verify it.

what is the other side of the picoammeter connected to? The anode of PD2?
