Account closure

Hello.
I am not an elctronics hobbyist. I created my account solely to ask one question about a tiny broken component in an electronic back massager. So as I can't upload a photo there is little point me having an account. I would be grateful if the administrator would close it.

Hello,

You can upload pictures using the "Upload a File" button.
Keep the size around 300 Kb and you will be fine.

Unfortunately the photo is too large and for some reason I can't reduce its size!!

I have now managed to find a local chap who I can email.

Hello,

Don't you have a paintlike program?
That can likely resize the picture.
