Precision resistance.
1,8к 1%.
3,16к 0,1%.

High precision does not mean anything when measuring the resistance of semiconductors. The resistance varies depending on the voltage applied. As I said before, they do not follow Ohm's law.

This is not a semiconductor resistance measurement. It is a resistance measurement. There is such a parameter(R).

What is it, and how is it measured externally?

The point is @caps is that you are not using a transistor tester, you are using a general purpose component tester. The things you're testing now have nothing to do with testing transistors.

Measuring various resistors is not exactly thrilling reading when there seems to be no point to it. If you have something you're trying to demonstrate or prove, please tell us.

Yes, you are right. It is better to name the Transistor,L,C,R/ESR tester.
