Adaptor for Laptop...

Hello, I've been kindly given a laptop which I reinstall and give away. Unfortunately there is no PSU with it. The input on the back of the laptop says 19v = 4.74A. I have found a PSU on the net but it says 19v 3.42A.
Will this PSU be OK to power the laptop?

it will probably be struggling to supply the lappy and will run very hot
get one with the same or higher current capability

Think how 3.42A will equal to the 4.74A?
