My Agilent U1235"A" Digital Multimeter was stolen. So I purchased a Keysight U1235"B". :) I have an Agilent U1173A IR/USB adapter cable. Turns out that that cable does not work between the new U1235B and Windows10. So I had to buy a U1173"B". $$$ :(
Now, if anyone has a use for the U1173A, it's free + shipping

I have a Fluke 89 IV that I've always wanted an IRDA cable for but have no idea about compatibility.

I seriously doubt it. I have an IR/Serial/USB for my Fluke Thermometer (left) Since the A version of the Agilent (right) won't work with Win10, there is probably "smarts" inside that wouldn't work with the Fluke either.
