Hi Daniel,

The Eastern and Mountain District Radio Club (EMDRC) meets in the
Eastern suburbs and have just finished classes for this year (in fact
they held the exams on Saturday).

I don't know of anyone else running classes this year but there are sure
to be more early next year. Check out the Victorian WIA web site at
www.wiavic.org.au for links to other groups around Melbourne that may be
able to help out.

If you already have a good knowledge of radio and electronics then try
the WIA online sample exams - you may not need the classes and go for
the exams that many of the clubs hold throughout the year.

Cheers,
Mark
