Analog Long Delay Chip Required

Hello, group:

For a project, I require a delay between 200 - 800 us. If I was
building this 10 years ago, it would be easy to find the part that I
wanted (like the SAD1024 or the MN3005). Since it's 2003, the
manufacturers have stopped making those chips. Is there a chip that
will create a delay that long? I don't want to covert to digital and
use DSP - that's a level of complexity that I want to avoid if at all
possible.

Digikey no longer carries these parts.

Thank you for your help.

I believe there's some Chinese factory producing some of the formerly
made-by-Panasonic BBD chips. Getting a hold of them can be a big pain
in the butt, however. Personally, I would go digital. But not big bad
DSP. Princeton Technology, a Taiwan based firm, has a few digital
delay chips that are very easy to use and cheaper than the old BBDs
ever were. My favorite is the PT2399, practically a all-in-one
solution for delay times pretty much in the same range as your need.
You can find them along with traditional BBD chips here:
