I think it is a PTC resettable printed circuit board fuse and have
zillions of them.
Beige colored, rectangular 0.40 square by 0.20 thick.
Two single ended radial leads on 0.2 inch centers
Shiny dipped epoxy.
Part number is

Other side says TAIWAN.
Low current resistance is around 8 Ohms.
What is it, who made it, and what is it worth?
I suspect these sell for forty cents each.
