It's working for me and there's some basic documentation on the page you pointed us to.
This 2.4Ghz 200mW AV transmitter is perfect for FPV applications. This unit offers a great low cost AV solution for your micro FPV models.
Specs:
Input Voltage: DC 3.7-5V
Consumption current: 220mA
Working Frequency: 2.4G
Channel: 4CHS
Output Power: 200mW
Video input / video modulation: 1 Vp-p(FM)
Audio input / audio modulation: 1 Vp-p(FM)
Audio carrier: 6.0M
Weight: 2.7g
Dimension: 17.8*18.2*4.5mm
Color: Silver
Transmission distance (Open Space): 50M~150M
Operating Temperature: -10deg C ~ +55deg C
Channels: 2414, 2432, 2450, 2468
and
I see that it works on 2.414, 2.432, 2.450, and 2.468ghz. So you'll need a receiver that will tune to those freqs. If you have a camera that needs power, you need the Red to go to the positive on the camera, Black to the camera ground, and Yellow to the video on the camera. If your camera has audio, then White would be connected to audio. From there, connect red to the positive side of a 1S battery (3.7v) and black to the negative side, or, red to the center pin on the Batt/Bind plug of your RX and black to the side opposite the signal side. If your camera has it's own power, then all you will need is the Yellow video wire, the White audio wire, and the Black ground wire going to the camera and the Red positive wire and Black ground going to the battery. Hope this helps and Happy flying!
and
Also, the 2.4Ghz AV FPV Receiver, PRODUCT ID: 381000020 is setup to receive all of the frequencies listed above.
and
What manual? If that was available, would have answered a lot of questions.

Maybe your computer has the flu? Or maybe it's just being lazy :)

Try a copy and paste, if it still doesn't work it's likely a DNS issue...
