anyone try a "kill-a-watt" at 240v?

I'm almost willing to risk one of mine but figured I'd see if anyone else
had been foolish enough to try it earlier.

The "kill-a-watt" is sold as a 125VAC meter (per the label on it... yes,
it says 125). It's clearly got some sort of shoulder around that.

Has anyone tried hooking it up to 240V (and lived?). I'm almost ready to
give it a try but if someone can tell me their's fried I'll hold off...

(Actually in my specific case I'm looking at two legs of a three phase
circuit, so getting a nominal 208V with a wierd wave form, and have no
idea what that would do to the readings. But I'm more concerned, in the
short term, about the magic smoke escaping.)
