Hello,

Then the green is probably blown.

What happens when you connect the left pin to + 5 Volts via the resistor and the right pin to ground?

Previously red was turning on, now it is not turning on. It is very sad to inform that both the leds has been damaged.

Hello,

Where did you buy the module?
Perhaps you can buy some bi-color 3 pin led and replace it.

Hard to be sure, but from your earlier picture, it looks as though you are using a 1000 Ohm resistor and a 56 Ohm resistor

1000 Ohms = good
56 Ohms = burnt out LED

Where did you buy the module?
Perhaps you can buy some bi-color 3 pin led and replace it.

I bought a 37 into 1 sensor kit from aliexpress long time back. I did not find any document user manual. Sure I will replace Led.
I have other sensor, they still have to be tested. I will test any one of them
