I have these components to salvage but if they have no real practical purpose then I will not worry about them.

Linear LTC1286, DIP-8, Micropower Sampling 12-Bit A/D Converter

TI LT1013CP, DIP-8, Dual Precision Operational Amplifier

Microchip 24C01C, DIP-8, 1K 5.0V I2C Serial EEPROM
http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/21201K.pdf

Microchip PIC16C63A-04/SP
http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/30605c.pdf

TI SN74HC373N, Octal Transparent D-Type Latches with 3-State Output

TI ULN2004AN, High voltage, high current darlington transistor arrays
http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/slrs027n/slrs027n.pdf

Deal or no deal????

Just keep them "as is" until you need them.
And you might get some surface mount resistors and capacitors from the board too.
It all depends on how much experimenting you do.
A 2 cent part will cost $5.00 if you have to buy it.

I can think of a lot of uses for high power transistor arrays. Keep those for sure.
