Hello everyone,

I have an issue with a Bluetooth module in a Dell Inspiron 600m
laptop. The module doesn't make good contact in the socket that
it plugs into, and I've been thinking that it might be possible
to apply some conductive material to the pins in order to
guarantee contact.

I'm not a H/W person, so I'd like to know what people think,
whether it is practical, and perhaps what tools would be
required.

To get an idea of how the connection looks like take a look here:

Thanks in advance.

From the looks of the pic, though it was hard to tell. It looks like
you can tighten the onboard connector. Use a flat head jewlers
screwdriver(usally the smaller the better) and pull contact strips to
tighten the connection. Be carefull not to damage the connection.

Hope this helps
