Battery Car Starter - Voltage is not fixed

I Everyone
I have AKAI Car Starter:

The starter not working so I check the voltages around and I found that the input is 15v (good)
But the output to the battery is 0.75~...
The battery LEDs also showing full battery when I charging..
Someone know what can be the problem or how to fix this shit?

Starting a car sucks hard even on a new battery - I doubt even one of those starters will survive such treatment for very long.
Average starter motor draws about 60-90 amps - you need a 'big' battery to handle that.

Sounds like your battery cells are kaput, not accepting charge while giving the correct voltage (charger reporting 'charged')

If the starter is a direct drive it will be substantially more than that........ try around 250A.
