Hi Adam, Its basically a project I have in college. I wss expecting an explanation to come with the kit, but it did not. I have attatched the picture the correct way for you. Thanks. EoinHello Eoin
Why are you doing this? Job interview is it? Why would you be asked to do this? can someone turn it up the right way, its difficult to follow on its side.
Thanks Adam
Im unsure on once the battery has completed the discharge, how does It change to the charging stage?Ok what do you know so far? What are the bit you are not sure of?
Adam
Yeah, once pressed the discharge begins, and It discharges for 14 hoursOk so SW1 is the discharge switch is it?
I thought It had an automatic discharge, so would start discharge, then switch to charge once battery is flatSo it looks like its either charging or discharging. If you dont press the discharge butoon it will charge, is this correct?

right okay, didnt know that, thanks adamLooks like it work the other way. When you press the switch it latches A2 which starts to discharge the battery, when the battery voltage has gone low enough set by resistors at the bottom of the circuit diagram then A1 resets the discharge circuit and the timer via C2. The timer will also timeout after a certain time also. After a quick look thats what I think. I will need more time to be sure.

Ok thanks! Yeah its all connected to one start switchLet me have another look sometime tommorow. I'll let you know. Just couldnt see a charge button.
