best chip choice

hi all,

I m designing a virtualproduct for my school
I m looking for a chip that can handle datatransfer up to 10 Mbit/s in
tcp/ip and has an i2C interface. Someone has an idea what kind of memory i
need to perform the task? I guess I also need some flash memory to store the
software on. How can this best be handled?
