Hi and welcome

I can see the edge of one PCB ... maybe there is a problem on there?
remove and have a look for physical problems
is there another PCB in the base ?

It’s obviously mechanical so locate the clicking first.
Check the PCB with the black boxes (relays). It appears to be trying to start and then shuts down. So locate the clicking first and we can work back from that. You’ll need to participate in a little dismantling to help us help you.
Take lots of photos to aid in re-assembly as these can be a real pain!.

I've found that those machines have issues due to lack of maintenance (cleaning) - there's probably a blockage somewhere.

The big 'black box' on the PCB is a relay and it is that device making the clicking noise. It is likely that the relay controls power to them main unit and is being switched off/on as a result of the circuitry detecting a fault condition - probably off the board. This is typical action for a switched mode power supply that suffers any fault condition.

If you disconnect all wires except for the power input to that board and the fault (clicking) still happens then the power supply board itself is the cause. If the clicking stops then start plugging in the other connectors until the clicking starts again and the one that causes the clicking to begin will lead to the device that is faulty.

Thank you i did what u said and i found out if i take out 1 of the cables near the power suplly the clicking stops.
the 4 pin connector connects to the front of the machine near the squarish white plastic int the front you cant see it in the 4th picture from the left (grey with red cable), and the 2 pin connector goes to the metal block from behind as you can see in the 3rd picture(grey thin cable).
in the 1st picture i disconnected the 4 pin connector and the clicking stopped , the same result if i disconnect the 2 pin connector near the power supply.
what should i do next

Either a short somewhere in the load or the power supply acting up.
If the latter I'd put my money on the x2 capacitor as it appears to be a non-isolated supply.

Just a note here, where you say you hold it in your hand..........
Very dangerous practice as there are mains voltages present there.
#1....If you touch one of the live conductors, you will have fixed your problem as you won't be around anymore.
#2....If it decides to arc up for any reason, go back to latter part of #1.
