Black Horizontal Lines in bottom of desktop lcd Screen

Hi guys,
Yesterday i bought used asus monitor , unfortunately it have a problem "Black Horizontal Line in bottom of Screen" , if you have any idea how i can resolve this problem if it's possible.

Bought it new? Send it back as faulty.

Bought it second hand? Ask for a refund.

Stuck with it? Try applying pressure (lightly) at the edge of the display where the bars are (left hand side of the panel probably but it could be the right hand side). This sometimes affects a cure although it may only be temporary.
