Hello working on a project for a fiend...

He is working on a scale model of the Titanic - wants to light the interior with LEDs, but want to to turn the LED circuits on in stages, along with playing audio clips, all controlled via bluetooth. Simply voltage with 12vDC light strips mostly, but some 5vDC and 3.3vDC for smaller LEDs. Dies such a bluetooth controller card exist?

What experience does he have?
There are lots of boards that are programmable & have BLE. Many will take add-on boards that will control higher voltages. They tend to need some programming and wiring.
.
I googled "bluetooth relay board" and got a few hits on board that show a phone controlling the relay board. This would suggest that some come with an app ready to go to do your controlling.
If you can arrange supplies for each of the LEDs that you need and give each one a relay, then should be easy enough.
Might be easier if you standardised on one supply voltage and use different LED modules.
.
If you have some programming experience, then LED modules are easy and controllable to change intensity & colour, meaning a wide range of effects are available. If no capability in this area, relays, or solidstate relays will probably be an answer.

Is this manually triggered?
.
I also got hits on "bluetooth relay" which helps extend the range of bluetooth, so that's not what you need. Just check in the description that what yoiu are looking at seem to do the job.
