Braven HD Speakers - Need Help Troubleshooting

Hello,

I have 4 Braven HD speakers and I need some help troubleshooting. Here are the details:

Speaker 1: Almost 100% functional but charging circuit is bad. Will not recharge battery but everything else works.
Speakers 2&3: When battery power led turns on (led lights and startup sound) and seems to go through a bootup sequence but fails to complete and shuts down (speaker turn off sound) as if I had press and held power button to shut off (very consistent start and off times). Both speakers will charge battery.
Speaker 4: Boots up and stays on but no bluetooth functionality. Will not go into pairing mode. Speaker-in corded does work and it charges battery.

My goal is to troubleshoot speaker 1 charging circuit and fix at component level and fix either or both boot issues with speaker 2 and 3.

I have searched for schematics and no luck... Here is a picture of the main board. There is another I/O board that has 12V barrel power connector / USB-A / 5 LEDs / speaker out jack and a push button for battery charge level.

I am not sure where to start. Any ideas/direction would be greatly appreciated.

As mentioned, is the battery ok?.

Thanks for getting back to me. All 4 battery packs I have do charge (on speaker 4) completely from a full discharge. I am taking that as the battery packs are all good still. Do you agree?

Hello Martin,

How should I test the "non charging" unit when it is plugged into the AC adapter? It has three wires on the battery. Red Black and Yellow.

4 cell Li ION 7.4V 32.56Wh 4400mAH
