Hi Wizards!
I have a Brother labeller that died on me and I would really like to get it functional again. I've opened up the unit but I am in no way knowledgeable about how these units work. The unit receives 12VDC power from a wall wart and I am receiving 12VDC coming into the main PCB from the power PCB at the input terminal (blue / orange wires). However, there is another 4 wire input (green / red / white / black) and I'm not getting any DC voltage at this terminal. I'm not sure where to start here as I am very unfamiliar with this type of unit and I'm wondering if this terminal receives 12VDC directly or if it is triggered via the USB input from the PC. Any ideas?
