Bulk Smartphone/Tablet Repair

I'm new to the site, so bear with me please.

I work for a small company that sells assorted electronics online. I am able to get the manufacturer to repair many of the defective units we receive back from customers, but there is a growing pile of units that are out of warranty or have extensive damage. Are there any places that perform bulk repairs of smartphones and tablets? Would one of these companies offer better prices on a larger number of repairs? Would there be the possibility of swapping parts for service? I have about 300 defective units, half of them have damages that fall outside of warranty.
