Hi 38 singer, did you get a response for the BWD272A ? I have same unit which occasionally likes to blow one of the major power supply diodes (35 A 500 V). I am looking for a circuit as well. This is serious circuit for what it does.

I did not find any reference to this circuit but I was going to reverse engineer the circuit board with diptrace and figure it out cant be all that difficult, It would be a good project to get going again
