How do eliminate the touch switch so the machine comes on when given power? R23 is the switch.

R23 is a 1K resistor connected to pin 12.
What happens when you hold the button while powering on the unit?.
Does it come on and stay on? Or turn off?.

Yes I realize that but the switch goes to that resistor which goes to pin 12. The button is a wire coil and it doesn't power the unit on until you release then touch it again. I'm not sure but thinking you would have to connect specific pins on the ic. Thanks.

There are some circuit wiazards who can look at the board and leads and see what's happening. Hopefully someone with a good eye can figure it out. Thank you.

Each set of 3 gray wires are going to a small board for atomizers, and there are 4 atomizers so 4 sets of 3 wires. Going from top right to left on the wires in the photo; wire one is 12v, wire 2 is ground, and wire 3 is vr. The pair of two red and black wires are for an ir led. The next set of 2 wires are red and black and they are both for 12 volt fans. The last pair of two red and black wires go to a water pump. The wires on the side from the top down; the first pair of 2 are for a float valve and the last set of 3 wires on the side are for a humidistat. Hopefully that helps even though it is not a diagram. Thank you.

Probably the most important information that you failed to mention is the microcontroller.
