Hi, I was hoping someone can help me? I’ve been trying to identify this MOSFET. I have a few blown ones on a 12 volt to 240 volt 3000 watt inverter/charger. Searched all the codes on the Internet can’t come up with anything.
Welcome to the forum. The generic part number is 16N04. I haven't been able to find it in the package yours are in, only in a 6 pin + tab package. You're probably going to have to find another part with similar spec's.
Thanks Peter, It's a Renogy brand Inverter 14 fets per side + and - attached to the heat sink. Only a few non-functional. I suspect I'll be changing them all out, thanks again for the response!
