Can I replace a brown ceramic capacitor with blue ceramic?

I have a blue and yellow in stoc and thought they are same as brown capacitor but not sure after reading. Can I replace the brown with blue?

That blue one appears to be rated for four kilo-volts, although I don't see how it could reliably hold off that much voltage given the small distance between its two leads. The other two capacitors surely are not rated for such high voltage. Could the blue one and the yellow one be dipped mica capacitors, while the brown one is clearly a low-valued ceramic capacitor? There could be a problem with temperature coefficient of capacitance, depending on the circuit. Such low capacitance values are usually associated with radio-frequency tuned circuits or used as high-frequency by-pass capacitors, often in parallel with a larger-valued electrolytic capacitor. As others have pointed out, the blue one is 560 pF while the other two are only 56 pF each.

Oops. It's marked 2KV, not 4KV. That's still a lot of voltage to place between those two closely spaced leads.
