Can I use a higher amperage power supply for a fan that requires much less current?

I have a huge power supply box that says it's DECREASE output 24V 15A.
I want to make a circuit that turns a fan on/off with a pwm signal.
The fan says 24V === 0.095A on it.
So is it ok to connect this power supply to this fan even though the power supply has much more current?

Yes, it's the voltage that matters. Current just needs to be equal or greater than the load, with some margin for long life.
