Can someone help me identify an SMD component

Hi. I have looked everywhere to identify an SMD component but could not find any result.
The marking is very clear: WTD69N but none of the online databases I have consulted contain this code.
This component is on a drone board, therefore I suppose it's a mosfet.

Thank you for your response but it cannot be this component because HSNT-6A packages have 6 pins.
My component is more likely in a SOT-23 or SOT-323 package.

I'd tend to agree with the Op's first instinct on being a mosfet.
Centre tab being connected to motor negative.
