Can we send a picture from ELB-REV4 to ubuntu server?

I have an ELB-REV4 with the camera module and i want send picture from ELB-REV4 to ubuntu server. Can anyone help me on this?

Yes we can send a picture from ELB-REV4 to ubuntu server but you need to send in IP packet format
