Can you ID this component? P32 3N

I need help in ID'ing such a basic component. This is from a Neff dishwasher controller which I am repairing. The markings on the component are: P32 3n.

(the 3n is written underneath P32).

There are many of these components on the circuit board, but just one of them has burnt and I need to find a suitable replacement. I have done a search for datasheets containing these markings and can only come up with the following in a SOT23 package (see page 2):

My apologies, the 3n is not written underneath. Here is a diagram of what it actually looks like:

Maybe it's a PDTC143XT
