Capacitor codes help

Hi! I have some surface-mount capacitors I need to replace. I don't
really understand the codes on them. Could someone help decipher the
values? Thank you in advance.
One of them has this printed:

h3
47
16V

Another:

14
100
6V

Thank you! Seems simple enough. So what does the "h3" mean? And the "14"?

It can be anything but normally it is some identifier for the type of
capacitor. However there are a lot of manufactures of capacitors that use
all their own code. If you know who made the capacitor you can check out
what the specifications are for these capacitors, and otherwise just replace
those by some good type of capacitor.
