cell phone to cell phone alarm

heres what I want to do, I have a ice shack that I want to put a alarm
system in that will call me or some one incase of a breakin, I do not
have a land line any more, only cell phones, do they make any thing on
the less expensive side to do this, thanks

If you have electricity in the shack, then you can get a cellphone cradle.
This will turn standard telephones into a cell phone. Then you can try
sending a signal that way. You can then use a voice dialer, or just have the
alarm setup for paging feature.

You can also get a GSM radio that reports directly to a monitoring station.

< don't understand cell phones that well, what I want to do is dial a cell phone from my ice shack when motion is senced, is there any thing out there that will do this? thanks ps if there is how doe's it work thanks.
